Condition Guidelines

Each item you send in is thoroughly checked by our quality control team. Items that do not closely follow the guidelines below will be rejected.

Please note: We do not return rejected items.

Please ensure you only send in items that meet the criteria, to avoid disappointment.

For information on how to safely pack your trades to avoid damage to your items in transit, please read our packaging guidelines.

Your books

Your books must adhere to the following guidelines

Pages must be free from writing and annotation

All pages must be intact

The cover must not be heavily damaged

The dust jacket must be present (if originally provided)

The pages must not be water damaged or foxed

The original supplements must be included

We can only accept books that have a barcode (ISBN)

Please make sure your items follow the below criteria: 

  • The cover is free from heavy damage
  • The ISBN matches the ISBN you submitted during your trade
  • All pages are intact, with none missing or heavily discoloured
  • All the pages free from writing, annotation, or answers (textbooks
  • Free from any water damage
  • All original supplements such as discs or gifts are included
  • The dust jacket is present where it was originally provided

Your CDs, DVDs, and games

Your CDs, DVDs and games must adhere to the following guidelines

Discs must not be heavilly scratched and must play perfectly

We can not current accept PC Games
