Please note: We cannot accept ex-rental CDs or single track CDs. Acceptance rates vary based on demand and market conditions.

How quickly will I get paid?
If any of your CDs don't meet our quality standards or aren't currently in demand, we'll email you explaining which items were rejected and why.
Payment: You will only be paid for items we accept. Rejected items are not included in your payment total.
Before sending:

- Ensure cases and booklets are intact
- Confirm items aren't ex-rental or promo copies

Do you accept CDs without original cases or booklets?
We strongly prefer CDs in their original cases with cover booklets, as this significantly affects resale value. CDs without booklets may be accepted if the disc and case are in excellent condition, but this is not guaranteed.
CDs without any case or in severely damaged cases are unlikely to be accepted. Use our free app to scan the barcode to see if we can accept your specific CD.
How long are my quotes valid for?
Quotes are valid for 28 days from when you add CDs to your basket. This gives you time to collect your items and arrange collection.
After 28 days, prices may change based on market demand. We recommend completing your trade within the validity period to lock in your prices.
Tip: Once you've reached $7.50 or 10 items, complete your trade!
Why can't you accept single CDs?
We focus on buying full albums, compilations, and box sets rather than single-track CDs. This is because:
- Single CDs have very limited resale value
- There's minimal customer demand for individual tracks on CD
- Processing costs exceed potential resale value

What condition do my CDs need to be in?
We accept CDs in good, playable condition with:
ā Acceptable condition: Discs should play without major scratches or skipping. Original jewel cases preferred with minimal cracks acceptable. Cover inserts and booklets should be present. Multi-disc albums should include all discs.
ā We cannot accept: CDs that won't play or skip badly, items with broken or missing cases, CDs missing booklets, ex-rental CDs (marked "not for resale"), pirated or burned copies, promotional/promo-only CDs, or single track CDs.
Please note: All CDs are tested by our quality control team. We cannot return rejected items. See our condition guidelines for full details.
What happens if some of my CDs are rejected?
If any of your CDs don't meet our quality standards or aren't currently in demand, we'll email you explaining which items were rejected and why.
Payment: You will only be paid for items we accept. Rejected items are not included in your payment total.
IMPORTANT: We cannot return rejected items to you. Due to the high costs of return shipping, rejected CDs are responsibly recycled where possible. This means once you send your items, any that are rejected will not come back to you.
