Sell my games

Once we receive your package, our quality control team will check them within 3-5 working days. After approval, payment is processed within 3-5 working days.

Total time from collection to payment: Typically 8-10 working days.

Bank transfer and PayPal payments are received within 1-2 working days. Cheques take 5-7 working days to arrive by post.

We'll email you about any rejected games. You'll only receive payment for accepted items.

Important: We cannot return rejected games due to costs. Items are recycled or donated where possible.

Before sending:

• Test that games load and play without issues
• Ensure cases and artwork are intact
• Confirm items aren't ex-rental
• Review our condition guidelines

We strongly prefer games in their original cases with artwork, as this significantly affects resale value. Games in generic or replacement cases may be accepted if the disc/cartridge is in excellent condition, but this is not guaranteed.

Games without any case, or with severely damaged cases, are unlikely to be accepted. Use our free app to scan the barcode - this will show if we can accept your specific game.

Quotes are valid for 28 days from when you add games to your basket. This gives you time to collect your games and arrange collection.

After 28 days, prices may change based on market demand. Popular new releases tend to decrease in value quickly, so we recommend trading them in sooner.

Tip: Complete your trade within the validity period to lock in your prices!

No, we only accept physical games (discs, cartridges, or boxed PC games). We cannot accept:

• Digital download codes
• Steam keys or other digital platform codes
• DLC or season pass codes
• Console digital purchases

Games must be physical products we can test and resell.

We accept games in good, playable condition. Here's what we're looking for:

Acceptable condition:

• Discs/Cartridges: Should work without freezing or crashing
• Cases: Original cases preferred, minimal damage acceptable
• Artwork: Cover inserts should be present and readable
• Codes: DLC codes may be used, but base game must be playable

We cannot accept:

• Games that don't load or crash constantly
• Games without cases or in severely damaged cases
• Games missing cover artwork or instructions (where expected)
• Ex-rental games (marked "not for resale")
• Pirated, burned, or counterfeit copies
• Digital download codes only (must be physical games)
