Packaging Guidelines
Packing your Items
- To ensure that your package reaches us safely, choose a strong (preferably cardboard) box
which will securely hold the weight of your items and write your trade number clearly on the side. - If you have more than one trade, please pack these into separate boxes.
- Please stack books as neatly as possible.
- Placing them in a row will help to prevent damage to the pages during transit.
- Use padding materials where possible.
- Seal the box securely.
Always use a strong, rigid box
Choose the correct sized box, do not underfill or overfill. Items should not move when you pick up the box.
Please pack your boxes considerably. They must weight 16kg or less.

Write your trade number clearly on each box.
Collect+ Trades
Please pack all your items from your trade into one box and write your trade number clearly on the side. Please print your Collect+ label and affix it to the box before dropping it off at your chosen Collect+ store. You can find your nearest store here.
InPost Trades
Once you have packed all your items from your trade into your box and have made sure to write your trade number on the side, you are able to take it to your chosen InPost Locker. No address or label is required – Just scan the QR code at the locker.

DPD Trades
Where you have a large number of items, please pack these across multiple boxes, making sure that each box does not weigh more than 16kg – please write your trade number on each box. Please make sure your box is no bigger than 100x70x60cm. No label or address is required – Your DPD driver will add a label when they collect your trade.
